Pad Printing systems are available as desk top and stand alone units to suit applications in small labs as well as in industrial production environments. The units come in a robust, sturdy and compact design.
According to your requirements we design and manufacture the printing plates. All systems are easy to clean, require only little or no maintenance and designed according to EUROPEAN safety standards.
The quality of the print image is independent of lens curvature, complexity and surface properties. There are no limitations to high index as well as to center thickness optimized lenses. Further more this process allows the printing of hydrophobic coated lenses.
We provide Systems with a single printing head - TP1 smart- and TP1
or with a double printing head - TP2 and TP2 V90 with vision system.
For ambitious applications COTEC provides the fully automatic DV16. It has a built in printing plate selection system for 16 different designs. Using a bar code scanner the designs are automatically selected. The DV16 is also using a vision system for hidden mark detection.
In addition a variety of clichés, accessories and ink colors is available.
