HCS together with DURALONUltraTec is designed to create ultra smooth and easy-to-clean top coats. HCS machines can be customized in terms of chamber dimension and interface material request. The coating is compatible with almost all previous PVD or CVD coatings.
A lot of different surfaces are applicable to DURALONUltraTec. There are possibilities to coat glass-, metalic-, organic-, plastic-, ceramic- and many more product surfaces to achive the additional benefit of an easy-to-clean surface.

HCS is already established in a multiplicity of companies in different industries. The coating system provides reliable processing for ultra smooth, hydrophobic and oleophobic top coats. The HCS easy-to-clean coatings are in the range of 5-15 nm and optically neutral.
3D nano coating with HCS is a volume based CVD process. Complex three-dimensional components as well as pre-assembled parts can be coated. All sides of the substrates are coated simultaneously. Cycle time is in the range of 15 minutes. Substrates taken from the chamber are ready to use, no after-treatment is necessary.
